It didn’t take long for HTC Touch Cruise, GPS equipped touchscreen PDA/phone to get official. Less then a month passed since it was first unofficially presented in Netherlands and today we have an official announcement.
And HTC Cruise is one fine handheld:
HTC Touch Cruise gives users an expanded TouchFlo interface with new gestures like half turn of the finger to rotate an object, complete turn to the right to zoom in and complete turn in the other direction to zoom out.
Thank’s to increased memory (128MB RAM/256MB ROM) and Qualcomm MSM 7200 chipset with 400MHz CPU, HTC Cruise responses are very fast.
And, of course, there’s GPS navigation with maps provided by TomTom, Wi-Fi, 3 megapixel camera and lot’s of other cool things.
More specs after jump
Full HTC Touch Cruise specs include:
HTC Touch Cruise price haven’t been announced yet, but it certainly won’t be cheap. If HTC Touch Dual is any guide, the unlocked version would probably cost well above 500 EUR.
HTC Cruise will start shipping this month.
